True Tech LLC PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Seller offers a 30-day return policy on most products sold only if product is defective. Manufacturer restrictions apply to certain merchandise, as detailed below and as updated from time to time. Customer may obtain additional details and any applicable updates from the dedicated Seller account manager and may obtain manufacturer contact information by contacting True Tech Customer Relations, which may be reached by emailing
Return Restrictions. No Refunds,
Defective Product Returns. Customer may return most defective Products directly to Seller within fifteen (30) days of invoice date and receive, at Seller’s option, replacement, exchange, or repair. After fifteen (15) days, only the manufacturer warranty applies.
(Non-custom orders only apply)Non-Defective Product Returns. Customer may return most non-defective Products directly to Seller within thirty (30) days of invoice date and receive, at Customer’s option, credit or exchange, except that an automatic Seller restocking charge will reduce the value of any such credit or exchange by a minimum of fifteen percent (15%).
Restricted, Repair-Only Returns. Certain Products can only be returned for repair—not for exchange, replacement or credit—based on current manufacturer requirements. Such Products should be returned to Seller, shipped directly to the manufacturer, or taken to an authorized service center in Customer’s vicinity. More information may be provided by the dedicated Seller account manager or by True Tech Customer Relations.
Restricted, Manufacturer-Only Assistance. Certain Products cannot be returned to Seller for any reason—without exception—and Customer must contact the manufacturer directly for any needed assistance. Special Orders. Products that are specially ordered may be non-returnable or may have unique return restrictions provided at the time of sale. More information may be provided by the dedicated Seller account manager or by TT, Customer Relations.
Warranty on custom light orders are 1 year from the dated invoice extended warrantees may be purchased at an Additional 15% of the overall invoice.
